She earned her B.S. in Biology from Seton Hall University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Joseph’s University (formerly University of the Sciences) in 2015.

A Staten Island, NY native, Erica began her career in New York City, gaining extensive clinical training and leadership experience. In 2022, she relocated to Lakewood Ranch, Florida, joining Total Therapy Florida, where she led clinical education initiatives and helped develop the organization’s Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program.

She now serves as Chief Operating Officer of TotalRTM, equipping clinicians with the training and systems to implement successful RTM programs in their own practices. Erica is passionate about how RTM enhances patient engagement, improves outcomes, and expands access to care through technology.

Outside of work, she enjoys the Florida sunshine with her family.
