After school, Valerie returned home to New Jersey, where she continues to reside. Professionally, she has experience working predominantly in outpatient orthopedics, subacute, and school-based settings. She worked her way up to a clinical director role in 2021, managing a successful clinic as well as aquatic therapy center. During her time as Director, she gained perspective on key attributes to becoming a quality leader for her facility and those around her. 

Valerie is joining TotalRTM as a Director of RTM to further her expertise and continue to provide quality care for her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and daughter, cooking, exercising, and going to the beach.
